Here at Prestige Nursing & Care we are delighted to announce the changes that we have recently made to the contracts and terms of engagement of our care workers.
A £500k investment has supported significant changes in our offering to our most valued asset, our people. Amongst the improvements, we have increased the minimum rate of pay to £9.50 per hour, in line with the real living wage. Those caring for our clients that have more complex care needs will have the opportunity to earn up to £16.73 per hour. We are also offering premium rates on bank holidays, mileage for ALL drivers, and paid training and e-learning once compliant.
