Respiratory and airway support

  • Oxygen delivery and suctioning
  • Cough assist working in partnership with physiotherapists
  • Tracheostomy management
  • Non-invasive Positive Pressure Ventilation (NIPPV) via masks – CPAP/BiPAP
  • Invasive ventilation via machines – Nippy

Feeding and supplementary support

  • NGT/PEG/gastrostomy management
  • Continuous/intermittent pump feeding

Elimination and toileting

  • Catheter care
  • Stoma care

Mobility

  • Skin integrity and pressure area care
  • Assistance with mobility aides to encourage safe moving and handling

We provide nurse-led clinical interventions including:

Our nurse-led care service is monitored and supported by our experienced regional nursing teams monitor and support our nurse-led care service.  Our team of qualified regional nurses are registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC). Each holds a registered nursing qualification in at least one nursing specialism, including general adult nursing, learning and disability nursing, mental health nursing, and children’s nursing. They enable the planning and delivery of safe and effective clinical care to our clients, focused on ensuring the best possible care experience for them and their families.

Collaborating and partnering to care for you

We work collaboratively with Case Managers, multidisciplinary teams, Integrated Care Boards

(ICB) and other therapy providers involved in our client’s care to ensure an integrated and holistic approach. Family involvement is central to our approach to providing nurse-led care at home and our care teams will ensure they receive high levels of support, as and when they need it. The level of care provided is planned in partnership with everyone involved in a client’s care. We know through our experience this ensures goals are reached and outcomes are improved while allowing our clients to receive the very best care.
